As a child, I knew that I enjoyed bringing happiness and laughter to others. I would sometimes give my toys away to kids who didn’t have any in the attempts of bringing joy to them even if only for a brief moment.
When my daughter was six years old, she needed to have surgery. I wanted to find a holistic way of assisting her through the healing process. After doing extensive research, I decided to take a Reiki 1 course prior to my daughter being admitted for the procedure. I began administering Reiki to her daily prior to the procedure and immediately after. At her 2 week post operative appointment, the surgeon said that he had never seen anyone heal so quickly after this particular surgery. I immediately took the 2nd & 3rd levels and became a certified Reiki master/teacher. I have since taken additional energy work courses and have become a certified Shamballa master/teacher.
I love the positive responses I receive from my clients about what Reiki is doing for them. The effects are different for everyone so I get a variety of responses such as feeling happier, energized, motivated, relaxed, improved self esteem & confidence, diminished pain, feelings of calmness and serenity.
I intend to continue learning and improving my ability to use energy to change lives for the better as well as educating about the benefits of holistic health.
I feel Divinely guided to be a channel for this magnificent gift called Reiki. God has truly blessed me and I in turn, want to be a blessing to others.
